Tvm: Goethe Zentrum, the German cultural institute in Trivandrum will be organising a Harp & Flute Concert at their premises on February 18, 2011. Entry is free for the evening concert but strictly against seat reservation at 3013018 as there is limited seating capacity.
Felicitas Geiger belongs to the best Harp artists in Europe. At a very young age she fell in love with this Irish music instrument and decided to dedicate the rest of her life to this passion. For more than fifteen years now, she has been travelling around Europe and several parts of the world to participate in various music events and explore the possibilities of creating fusion music with local artists. She is currently working on her new album which will bring, for the first time, harp with south Indian instruments like Flute, Veena and Mridangam. On Friday, Felicitas will be playing together with the renowned flutist, Attingal Sashikanthan, at the Goethe-Zentrum.
