Zayan Infotech to host Students Techmeet this weekend

E-mail

Tvm: Zayan Infotech, an IT infrastructure solutions and services company based in STPI Thiruvananthapuram, is organising a Techmeet for Engineering, MCA and M Sc (IT) students on August 06, 2011. The seminar would focus on ‘New trends in Information Technology’ and ‘Open source in Application developing’.

Sharing his views, Mohammed Rasi Thoufiq, Business Manager, Zayan Infotech said, “Recently we conducted a similar seminar and we realised that students of CS / IT / MCA / M Sc, especially those from Self Financing Engineering Colleges, are not aware of the new developments in IT in the absence of such seminars and workshops in their colleges. Compared to CET, CUSAT, NIT, etc., students from these colleges are not getting much campus placements. We hope this seminar will help the students to improve their knowledge in new developments as the current academic system is not up-to-date with the industry trends that are developing day by day.”

The Techmeet will be inaugurated by K C Chandrashekaran Nair, CFO, Technopark & Registrar, T-TBI. For more details about the Technmeet to be held in Trivandrum and registration, mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 98956 64400.
