Tvm: Swa-Raksha.com, a multi platform personal safety portal from Kerala, has announced the ‘Women of Worth’ Awards 2011 on the occasion of International Women’s Day. This is an initiative to honour ordinary women who have brought about extra-ordinary changes in their or other’s life. Anyone can nominate any lady who has inspired them or has made a difference in others’ life with her daring spirit and determination.
Swa-Raksha is a non-profit endeavour by Parivartan Corporate Training Academy - a soft skills training organisation. Arun B Nair, CMD & Chief Mentor at Parivartan CTA said, “Swa-Raksha was launched to create awareness of general safety updates, rules to follow and emergency numbers that we need to know. On Swa-raksha.com, people can discuss their experiences and share their knowledge regarding safety at work, home and while travelling. It is the first multi-platform safety portal where people can network, collaborate and take the first step towards a safer future. Swa-Raksha is the layman’s answer towards preventing and taking precautions against catastrophes in life”.
