Kochi: SmartCity Kochi Chairman and Minister for Fisheries, Shri S Sarma today said that talks with Gulf based promotors of SmartCity, Tecom for starting the work on the project in Kochi would resume soon.
The state government would hold discussions with Tecom only on the basis of the framework agreement signed between the two parties, minister added. The last round of bilateral talks between the Dubai team and the government was held in September and it ended without resolving any of the contentious issues.
