Smartcity Talks inconclusive again
Tvm: The discussions between Chief Secretary Neela Gangadharan and a team from SmartCity, the Dubai-based promoters of the SmartCity Kochi project, led by its Chief Executive Officer, Fareed Abdulrahman, today at Trivandrum failed to reach any consensus on contentious issues that have been delaying the launch of the project.
