Kerala to set up R&D centre for OS software

Tvm: Realising the potential of Open-Source (OS) software, the Kerala Government will set up an international centre on free and open software (OS) shortly. The State is also likely to spend about Rs 1,000 crore on various eGovernance projects over the next 12 months.
