P C Thomas Classes ties up with OzTern for online entrance programmes

Tvm: P C Thomas Classes, a leading name in the field of engineering and medical entrance coaching in South India has partnered with OzTern Technology, a Technopark based provider of cloud computing solutions and services, to launch the online version of their entrance preparation programmes through EntranceWisdom.com.

EntranceWisdom.com is a web-based learning management system, with the objective of imparting high-quality entrance test preparation training to students who wish to prepare for the plethora of medical and engineering entrance tests in India. The site helps in enhancing the learning capabilities of the candidates while familiarising them with the most fundamental concepts. Students can purchase Entrance preparation packages online at cost-effective rates.

The online programme was launched by James Joseph, Director - Executive Engagement, Microsoft earlier this week in Kochi at a function attended by Rajanish Menon, Director - Business Strategy & Operations, Microsoft, Prof. P C Thomas, Saiju V Stella, Chief Executive, , OzTern and Manoj Sankar, Director - Business Initiatives, OzTern.

Started in 1965 by Prof. Thomas, a former physics teacher at St. Thomas College, as a small tuition centre in Thrissur with just four students, the centre has grown to become one of the premier entrance coaching institutes in South India with 65 teachers and over 16,000 students in 160 batches. OzTern Technology is a technology driven company founded in 2009, headquartered at Technopark, Trivandrum.
