Tvm: The team from RMESI has won the finals of the Quizzible - Techa Liga Soccer Quiz which was held today in Technopark. Techies in God’s own country were treated to a rebound of football fever this week when teams from various companies in Technopark, Trivandrum participated in a closely fought quiz competition that tested their knowledge of the Football World Cup and its little known fun facts.
The Quizzible Grand Finale saw the top four teams battle it out before a capacity crowd, with Ashok Vishnu & Varghese Abraham from RMESI walking away with the top honours and a cash prize of Rs.10,000. Prasad & Ragil Chandran from UST Global and Anish Tharakan & Arun Tharakan from IBS were the runners up for a cash prize of Rs. 5,000. S Gopinath IPS, DIG (Police Administration), himself an eminent sports person, graced the occasion and gave away the prizes.
Organised by UST Global, Kerala’s largest IT services company, the Quizzible - Techa Liga Soccer Quiz had around 15 teams from different Technopark Companies competing in the preliminary rounds. The Grand finale at Park Centre in Technopark brought soccer lovers under one roof, far away from the pressures of their workspaces to share, compete, and reflect the winning spirit of the Football World Cup.
